Worth Avenue Yachts Seattle, trading as Sanlorenzo Pacific Northwest, has been appointed Preferred Broker of Sanlorenzo and Bluegame Yachts for the market in USA west coast area of Washington, Oregon and British Columbia.

Sanlorenzo Yachts History

The Sanlorenzo Shipyard was founded in 1958 by Gianfranco Cecchi and Giuliano Pecchia, near Florence Italy. In 1972, Giovanni Jannetti took over the company and opened it in Viareggio, Tuscany. Sanlorenzo changed the superyacht sector forever with their launch of the SL100 in 1995. Since then the SL100 has become one of the most popular vessels to come from Sanlorenzo’s shipyard.

Sanlorenzo develops designs and styles that become classics, and that outlive fashion and trends. Their mission is to be the shipyard of choice for uncompromising yachtsmen. They want to be a place that allows potential owners to explore innovation by experience, where they can come to craft your own yacht, and have it built to stand the test of time. In 2007, Sanlorenzo launched the SD92 and the 40Alloy, both of which were awarded the ShowBoats Design Awards and two World Superyacht Awards. Next in 2008, Sanlorenzo shipyard launched the SD122 that went on to win the World Superyacht Award. Sanlorenzo moved forward in launching the first displacement superyacht made of steel. In 2011, Sanlorenzo launched the SL94 and was awarded the Boat of the Year Award by the prestigious industry publication. This was when Sanlorenzo was ranked third in the world among shipyards producing yachts over 24 meters. In 2013, Sanlorenzo launched the SLI18 which has become the flagship of the fiberglass range of yachts.

Today they continuously launch new models. Building a Sanlorenzo yacht takes time and passion; this shipyard can only satisfy about 50 customers a year because of the attention to detail and customization options. Since 2005, Sanlorenzo’s shipyard has grown substantially, improving their skills with each yacht they develop. Over a period of about eight years, Sanlorenzo has climbed the prestigious Global Order Book ranking listed by Boat International and currently ranks first among the top 20 builders of yachts over 24 meters.
